Whitepaper

On a short book

Version 1.2 - Sep 20, 2026 - Not a PDF, on purpose

Let the book be yes, or no.

This house is a steward of two names. It does not need the world. It needs a list that tells the truth, a ledger that clears, and the nerve to leave the rest unsaid.

This paper is counsel for a holding company. The charts below count the public book only. They are not traffic, not revenue, not a score. If a number is not on the home page, it is not here.

1. What this is

HendersonGlobal owns two companies. Media brands sit under jimmy.net. Venture brands sit under EE Holdings. That is the whole claim. A longer list would look larger and be less true. Stewardship is the quiet word: keep what was entrusted. Do not crown a folder as a country.

The public seal is on the home page. Why the house exists is on the about page. The book is still jimmy.net and EE Holdings.

Census

The public book, counted

These numbers are the list on this site, not traffic, not revenue, not a score. Count the names. That is the whole analytic.

Share of public names

16 names

  • HendersonGlobal, the steward.

  • jimmy.net and EE Holdings.

  • Media under jimmy.net. Ventures under EE Holdings.

Click a bar to highlight its slice. Nothing here is a forecast.

2. The book, in words

Direct holdings: two. Brands answer to EE Holdings. We will not add a third name here to make the page feel important.

Diagram

Who answers to whom

Read the tree from the top. The house keeps two names. Brands do not get a second flag. Click a node. The note on the right is the same blurb as the home page. No extra companies were added for the picture.

Ledger

Every public name

Filter the book. The table is the same census as the donut: one house, 2 holdings, 13 brands. Hosts are public. Answers-to is the only hierarchy that matters.

16 rows. The book, not a sample.

Keep versus vanity. Same house. Two ledgers.
Keep Vanity
Two holdings, named.A continent of nearby folders.
One rail. Backout.A fourth checkout to look modern.
Floor named: $0.50.A pretty zero that never clears.
Six frequencies. No seventh.A custom clock nobody can bill.
Media under jimmy.net. Ventures under EE Holdings.A second flag for atmosphere.

Cadence

Six frequencies. No seventh.

Backout already names how often a bill may repeat. Do not invent a custom clock. Pick one. If the work is once, say once.

Backout bill frequencies
Key Label When to use it
onceOne-timeA single due. Most honest default.
dailyDailyRare. Only if the work truly repeats each day.
weeklyWeeklyA standing weekly service, named on the invoice.
monthlyMonthlyThe common retain. Still name the work.
quarterlyQuarterlySeasonal or board-cycle work.
yearlyYearlyA year of keep. Renew by a new yes.

3. How the house is kept

Bill path

How a bill leaves this house

Four steps. No fifth. Use the stepper. The path is the same whether the amount is fifty cents or a larger due. Card numbers never sit here.

Name the amount

USD, floor $0.50. A house that will not name the sum is not humble. It is unfinished.

Year

Five keeps. Not a forecast.

These are duties, not KPIs. Click a keep. The bar is attention, not growth. A year that names all five is a year the house kept.

Counsel

Four ways the book fails

No scores. Open a card. Each is a habit, not a metric. The remedy is the same: shorten the book, then keep it.

Vanity

Adding names so the book looks like a continent. A false list is worse than a small one.

Sloth

A bill that never comes due. What is owed, pay. Fortune favors the invoice.

Silence

A new holding that never reaches the home page. Men judge by what they see.

Manifesto hunger

A reader who wanted a continent and found a list. The world stays large. That is not a failure.

4. What we will not do

5. Counsel

Approve the current book. Pay what you owe. Read the rules. Leave the rest unsaid. You will leave with two hyperlinks, a counted list, and, if you owe the house, a checkout form. That is the work, and that is the point.
