Pick a template. Each service gets a title, description, price, and quantity. Amount is price times qty. Optionally attach a Backout sales partner so Connect splits their commission after pay. Floor is $0.50.

A template fills the invoice lines. Change price or qty if the invoice is different. Two checkouts if you need monthly and once.
