The work needed a place to sit that was not also the work.
We needed a new vehicle to handle and store the ventures. Media had a person. Software had a machine. Nobody sat above both and kept the book still.
HendersonGlobal is that vehicle. It holds two names: jimmy.net and EE Holdings. It stores what answers to them. It does not become a third operating brand.

Why we needed one
The list got longer. 6 media names rise through jimmy.net. 7 ventures rise through EE Holdings. Those two were already doing their jobs. A person cannot be a warehouse. A machine cannot be a public face. A folder is not a country.
So the house was formed. A holding company. Short on purpose. Steward of the book, not a new product in the book.
What the vehicle stores
- jimmy.net. The person. Philanthropy stays there. Media answers up through that name.
- EE Holdings. The machine. Identity, catalog, rails, software ventures, and family-office capital at ee.ventures.
- The brands. Media answers to jimmy.net. Ventures answer to EE Holdings. They do not get their own holding-company flag.
That is the whole claim. The map is the wireframe. The whitepaper is the counsel.
What the vehicle handles
- The public seal on the home page.
- Group Privacy and Terms.
- One bill path on Backout. Floor $0.50.
- The list of who answers to whom. No extra province invented to look larger.
What it will not do
- Invent extra HG-owned companies for atmosphere.
- Operate the products. The ventures operate. The house keeps the book.
- Stand up a fourth payment rail, or a new identity provider.
- Turn this page into a continent. Two arms. One seal.
