This policy is the group privacy statement for HendersonGlobal. It covers this site, the companies HendersonGlobal owns, media brands under jimmy.net, and venture brands under EE Holdings. An operating site may publish a more specific privacy notice. That notice controls that product when the two differ.

Information we collect

What we collect depends on the surface you use:

• You send it. Bill amount, service names, frequency, and other text you type on henderson.global. Messages, invoices, or emails you send to the group.
• Checkout. Pay a bill opens Backout. Card numbers are entered on Backout, not stored on this site.
• Technical data. IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referral data.
• Cookies and session. A session cookie keeps the bill-pay form honest (CSRF). Analytics may use a first-party or Command pixel cookie.
• Operating products. Accounts, ledgers, stores, loyalty, media, or builder data live on those products and follow their notices.

How we use it

• Run the holding site and bill pay.
• Open a Backout checkout for the amount and services you entered.
• Keep the site secure and debug failures.
• Measure visits with the Project Command pixel on public pages.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
• Let an owned company operate the product you actually use.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed:

• Inside the group. With jimmy.net, EE Holdings, or a key brand when that company must fulfill the request.
• Processors. Backout for payments. Hosting, email, and analytics vendors that work for us.
• Law. When a court, regulator, or statute requires it.
• Safety. To protect people, property, or the services.
• Transfers. If a company in the book is sold or reorganized, with notice where the law asks for it.

Payments

Bill pay on this site sends amount, services, and frequency to Backout. Backout and its card processors handle payment credentials. Refunds, chargebacks, and card statements follow that checkout and the invoice you were sent.

Cookies and analytics

Public pages may load the Project Command pixel. You can block cookies in the browser. The site may then lose session or billing-form protection.

Retention

We keep billing and correspondence as long as the books, tax rules, or a dispute require. Analytics and logs are kept for a shorter operational window. Operating products keep their own records.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to some processing. Send the request through HendersonGlobal or the company that holds the account. We may need to confirm it is you.

Children

These services are not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, write us and we will delete it.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access. No internet transmission is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. Keep using the services after a change means you accept the new policy, unless the law says otherwise.
