These terms are the group rules for HendersonGlobal. They cover this site, the companies HendersonGlobal owns, media brands under jimmy.net, and venture brands under EE Holdings. A product may add its own terms. Those product terms control that product when the two differ.

Privacy is in the Privacy Policy.

HendersonGlobal owns jimmy.net and EE Holdings. Media brands sit under jimmy.net. Venture brands sit under EE Holdings. This is a holding-company baseline, not a claim that every EE property is owned here.

By using henderson.global, paying a bill, or using a company in the list above, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The holding book

HendersonGlobal is a holding company. It does not promise that every brand listed under jimmy.net or EE Holdings is a separate public company, or that the book will stay the same. We may add, rename, or retire a brand. We will not treat an extra EE app as owned here just because it exists in the wider group.

Bill pay

• You enter an amount, optional service names, and a frequency.
• The floor is $0.50 USD.
• Checkout opens on Backout. You pay Backout under that checkout.
• Frequencies are one-time, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• You are responsible for the amount and the services you list. Recurring charges continue until you or we stop them through the payment path that created them.
• Failed payments, chargebacks, and taxes follow the invoice and the processor rules.

Accounts and products

Some companies in the book run their own accounts, catalogs, or dashboards. Those products may require signup, an NDA, or extra rules. Follow the rules on that site. Do not share passwords. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Use the services only in lawful ways. You may not:

• Break the law or these terms.
• Probe, scrape, or disrupt the sites or payment rails.
• Submit false billing details or steal someone else's payment method.
• Upload malware or abusive content.
• Misrepresent that you own a brand in this book.

Intellectual property

Names, marks, and content belong to HendersonGlobal, EE Holdings, the listed brands, or their licensors. Do not copy or use them without written permission, except for the limited use needed to visit the public pages.

Confidentiality

If you receive non-public information about the group, keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose it was given. That duty lasts after you stop using the services.

Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uptime, fitness for a purpose, or that a brand site will stay at the same URL.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HendersonGlobal and the companies in this book are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid to the relevant company for the service that caused the claim in the prior 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Suspension

We may pause or end access if you break these terms, if a payment fails, or if the law requires it.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top updates when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance, unless the law says you must consent another way.
